Non-Vacuum Serum Separator Tube
The Non-Vacuum Serum Separator Tube is designed for serum determinations in chemistry, immunology, and serology, featuring an inert polymer gel that prevents contamination during centrifugation.
This Non-Vacuum Serum Separator Tube is specifically engineered for use in serum determinations across various medical disciplines, including chemistry, immunology, and serology. It contains an inert polymer gel that effectively separates serum from the blood clot during centrifugation, ensuring contamination-free samples. Made from transparent polypropylene (PP), this tube allows for easy visibility of blood samples. After collection, gently invert the tube 8-10 times to activate the anticoagulant. The tube should be allowed to stand for 30 minutes or until the clot is formed before centrifugation, which should be conducted at 1800-2200g for 8-15 minutes at 18-25°C.
